Is it possible to have tickets from different projects in one jira board?

I would like to ask you whether it is possible in jira to have tickets from different projects displayed in one kanban board?

Hi @Dimitar Krastev ,

Yes, it is possible, and very easy to do. You just need to create a filter that pulls in the issues you want then use that filter as the basis for the kanban board when you create it. One thing to keep in mind though...If you are going to share the board you need to share the filter to the same group.

You seemed to be asking different questions here. Let me try to answer them.

• you can certainly display multiple projects on the same board. Simply edit the filter to include all desired projects.
• two Done columns - classic boards have statuses mapped to columns. If you have two different ‘done’ statuses, e.g. Done and Closed then you could do so. But likely you do not want to do that since the right-most Done column is treated uniquely for things like “Release” for Kanban and completed in a sprint for Scrum.
• if you are combining the above two points trying to have the two projects display their done issues separately I would recommend you do something different, e.g. card colors per project or swimlanes.

yes it is possible! Go to board configuration , create a proper JQL and add also the projects which should be included!
