JIRA - Gmail Incoming Mail Server not creating Issues / not connecting

Hi I have confidured an IMAP Mail Server.

I have then configured the mail handler.  But each time I try to test it I get the same error message

Javax.mail.authenicationfailedexcpetion:[AUTHENTICATIONFAILED] Invalide credential (Failure) while connecting to host 'imap.gmail.com' as user ........ via protocol imaps.

I can connect via IMAP from another email client to this account - but not from JIRA Cloud.... what am I doing wrong..... Help!

Try enabling / allowing less secure apps.

Yes, I already enable it. I try to do a custom email but none of the port is working getting same error.... Any idea what other port I could use for gmail Imap.
