Jira Cloud user access removed

Hello There,

II am hoping someone can help me. recently one of the admin users access was changed from Admin to a basic user.  I have asked around from the other admins who had access and all have told me they did not change it. I have looked at the log and no luck.

Is there a was in Cloud Jira to see who may have checked access or at least the date and time when the access was changed.

Also if not possible is there an addon we can add so that if it happen again we can do an audit.

any help will me great.

@Sathiamoorthy Ramesh welcome to the Atlassian community!

You'd need to check your audit logs and for the Activities select Revoked role from user for product and you should be able to find who changed it.

This can be done in Cloud Jira?

(I am sort of new to Cloud Jira. I have been using Service now till a few months ago.)

@Sathiamoorthy Ramesh Yes this is possible with Jira Cloud if you have Atlassian access
