Notifications not working

Hi - checked all the support docs and all looks to be for JIRA software that is installed, not hosted. We are not receiving any notifications when a bug is updated or created. Can you provide reference?

Is notification scheme enable for your project? Are notification events set? Is mail server configure correctly - try send test email, check logs.
