I want to provide the access of my project to all users of my organization. When any user send me the email on crm.support@ishantechnologies.com, it should create an issue and my software team will start working on the same, I am currently using free plan of JIRA (10 users). Would you please help me to provide access of my project (name: SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE) to all user (approx. 1500+ users) to my project?

Hello, Good day. You can create an issue and comment from email through incoming mail configuration. Please refer : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/
Jira software free version only supports 10 users and we will not be able to add more users. This needs standard plan at minimum. Thanks!
