Also, when a user creates a request in Jira, it throws a 502 error. In another case, users can't edit some fields in Jira. After refreshing the application page, it's working fine. We did not find any errors at the application level
we restarted the application and made lock end reindex also but we did not found any errors
Note: We do not have Jira license.

Users are getting the Confluence to JIRA access issue and are not able to load JIRA tickets in Confluence. Please see the screenshots attached.
