I have created an Automation Rule where if a field value changes, rule is triggered. If I manually change the field value then the rule is triggered but if the field value is changed automatically then the rule is not triggered.
Check that in this rule:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
