Can FORMS be used with JIra Software?

I see the Forms function in Jira Work Management but don't see this function in Jira Software.

Is it available? If not, how easy is to somehow automate the creation of items coming from forms that arrive in Jira Work Management to Jira Software?

New to these Jira products and evaluating them (to replace Trello).

Hi @EnEm  - unfortunately no - it is only available for Jira Work Management/Business projects.

Sure - you can use the bulk change function in Jira to Move issues in bulk from one project to another.
