Exporting issues to text/excel file, with HTML tags for HTML formatted fields.

Hello,

Is it possible to export issues into a text or excel file with HTML formatting tags preserved.

So, if a field within an issue has some formatting applied, the export would output a text or excel file with the formatted text for that field enclosed in the appropriate HTML tags.

What is the problem you are trying to solve with this?

(It sounds a bit counter-intuitive for me...)

We would like to be able to import the issues into other systems, while preserving the formating of text fileds.
