My company use ConnectWise as Help Desk system and we are planning to start using Jira Help Desk, the problem we are having is that we want to keep both systems, one for Engineering tickets(Jira) and the other one for IT tickets such as network issues, new hardware, etc(Connectwise). Assuming that I want all the tickets to come through Jira, is there a way to send IT tickets from Jira to Connectwise automatically?

Not too familiar with Connectwise....
Check to see what forms of input Connect will accept...
I.E:
SMTP - have Jira email the ticket to connectwise
RestAPI - use a webhook to generate a ticket
etc.
