The WYSIWYG editor in JIRA has parsing issues in visual mode.

When a user switches from Text Mode to Visual Mode, the parsing works fine.

Problem Statement:

When a user switches from visual mode to text mode, the content in visual mode isn't parsed right.

This is rendering the visual mode useless.

Don't you have the buttons Visual and text when you choose for the pencil?
