Jira Service Desk - No role selection in comment creation

i entered the project settings on my project, and then i go to people. but the roles dropdown only shows administrator. which i dont know what the permission for this role and why it doesnt have other roles.

Hi @George Vie,

Are you trying to adjust the permissions for a next-gen project?

In next-gen projects, Atlassian has tried to simplify the permissions feature so that users can easily add or remove people based on roles. The permissions aren't as granular as they usually are in normal Jira projects, so the add comment permission isn't customizable.

No i was trying to add people with assigned role in classic project.
I will read the reference you gave me and come back if my problem is not yet resolved.

oh i've read this one before but the problem is this :

Under SECURITY, select Project roles. The Project Role Browser displays, which contains a list of all the project roles in your Jira site. (i can't find the security)
and here i can't see other roles options.
