Listing down the number of projects on JIRA & Spaces on Confluence

Is there any way to look at number of projects are currently available on JIRA as JIRA Admin?

Also, number of spaces currently available on Confluence?

You can find the number of project details under database statistics section in the System Info page

<yourbaseurl>/secure/admin/ViewSystemInfo.jspa

Same way , for confluence also you can find spaces details in the system information page.

<yourbaseurl>/admin/systeminfo.action
