No option in profile setting for users.

In our instance users are not getting any option when they select profile option. 

We are using 8.2 version.

External user management option is off.

It has been resolved after we restart and re-indexed the jira.

Are you sure your users are trying to follow the instruction in https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracoreserver082/managing-your-user-profile-974359482.html ?

Are they able to choose their home page atleast?

Hi @Fazila Ashraf , Yes they are using the same instruction and they are able to access homepage as well. the problem is with profile setting only. under profile option they are not able to see any option.
