I used my office email (deva.palanisamy@spicatech.co.uk) (office365 id) to create Atlassian account. It created an account. But When I tried to login, it redirected me to login with username and password. Since I have not created any password, I requested for password reset. But I don't receive any password email even after trying multiple times.

The password selected for your Atlassian Account should be the same as the e-mail you used to create it. Anyway, please try the following steps to properly troubleshoot the problem:

I'm having the exact same issue with the super admin account and doing the above did not work.
Can you send the reset email to ludovic.timbert@1check.com ?
I do receive emails from Atlassian just fine or reset password request for other users, but not this one!
We need to recover this account urgently as it is the one managing bitbucket workspace, which we need to manage, else we will have to create a completely new account and migrate all our data asap.
