Hello,

on Jira 7.9.2 we have the following problem:

A radio button custom field does not show its value in the mobile view (Android/Chrome as well as safari/iPhone)

The field "Ordertyp" has a value in the server version:

But in the mobile view it display as "none"

Is this fixed in later versions?

I couldn't find a bug for this on JAC.

kind regards

Jens

Hello Jens,

Thank you for your feedback.

Indeed, testing from my side in the version 7.12.2, I was not able to reproduce this issue with the Radio button, so I believe it was fixed in the later versions. Have you checked if this is happening for every radio button you try to use or only for this specific one?

Additionally, have you tried to use the mobile app of JIRA instead of the browser itself? I've checked that JIRA has several features missing when using the browser in the mobile version, however, I've not found a bug for this specific behavior too.

We will be waiting for your answer to know how we can reproduce and report this lack.
