Salesforce / Jira Integration

Hi Everyone,

I am building out our Jira / Service cloud integration and am setting up the mapping however when I create/associate a salesforce ticket to Jira, I get the following error message:

That suggests you've got a user in Salesforce with an id that does not exist in Jira, and you've tried to tell Jira to use that user ID as the reporter.

You need to give Jira a valid user ID for the reporter.

I am guessing you figured this out by now but under the Issue Type, Click on Mapping, find the Reporter field.  To the right of that, click on Map Values.  Add the Jira ID and SF ID (the one from the error above).  Then Click +Add, then Save, then save again.
