Hello folks,
I am part of company's subsciption and was getting regular email notifications when there were any changes in tickets etc. However, on 1st of June, it suddenly stopped. I am sharing my personal settings where you can see things are looking good and I should get the notifications. I checked with my team members and few of them are facing this issue while others are getting emails as expected. Anyone knows why this is happening ?
PS. We are using G-suite subscription, on 1st of June, it was temporarily suspended for couple of hours but resumed after that. Can this be a reason but wondering it should then happen with all of our team members.
Hello,
I would first check to see if the missing Jira notifications are actually being sent to the affected users.
So you'd need to check the Gmail logs to see if emails are being sent and what the email system is doing with them (if anything).
I will mention that as not all users are affected, this isn't a Jira-wide issue. It could be the email system blocking some of them or the notification scheme of the project(s).
Hope this helps get you started with troubleshooting!
Laura
Oh one other thing worth mentioning, it could also be that Atlassian has flagged the emails that could not be sent and added the affected accounts to their suppression list. Meaning you won't receive any emails.
You'd need to contact Atlassian Support to check for this and ask them to remove the affected accounts from the list.

Hey @Laura Humphries It turned out to be second point mentioned by you. My email was in their suppression list. Thanks for your help.
