Workflow made my sprints disappear

We are very new to Jira. I thought we had to create a workflow for our project and attempted to activate a workflow in what I thought was my sandbox. It was the actual project. Now it looks like all of my sprints have disappeared. Is there a way to undo a workflow?

Sprint is gone? Is that Backlog still there? What are the differences between the old and new workflow?Is the status different?

Can you take a screenshot of the problem?

Sprints are gone but the backlog is still there. Thankful my co-worker just figured out that the real project was mistakenly linked to my sandbox, so he was able to fix it! Thank you for trying to help!
