merging 3 different projects

hi,

we have requirement of merging 3 cloud jira projects into 1 project. we have taken a backup of all 3 projects and installed local server and trying to import a data getting error no 'key' field for issue 10011

please advise how we can merge all 3 cloud projects into one single project.

Before trying to help, the following is my question:

Are you combining 3 projects from Cloud into one in Server? If you can be more precise it will help.

You can not do it directly because JIRA cloud is always ahead of JIRA Server.

You will have to have a temporary server with the same version than your JIRA server version. Import your project from it and then create a backup then restore it in your JIRA server the one you will be using for all your projects.
