When a new user is trying to sign up at https://enyojs.atlassian.net/secure/Signup!default.jspa, the new user page isn't showing a CAPTCHA image. Checking the browser log, we're getting a 500 server error for the image. This has been happening for at least a couple of days.

The actual error is

  1. Request URL:
  2. Request Method:
    GET
  3. Status Code:
    500 Internal Server Error

This is a known bug.

Our official statement on this is:

Disable the feature altogether: go to JIRA Admin > System > General Configuration and set the CAPTCHA on signupoption to OFF. (this will cause captcha to be not required when signing up).

Here is the bug:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-34421

Its fixed but not yet deployed to OnDemand. Hopefully it will be deployed this coming weekend.

Hope this helps.
