Setting Jira notification for speciofioc status change

Hi

Is it possible to set a Jira notification when an issue status is changed, but only for specific status? I don't want notification for all changes, only when an issue enters a specific change.

Yes you can configure a notification in the post function of a transition which changes the issue status desired.
