Setting up reminder for effort logging

Hi All,

I would like to setup a reminder which will be pushed thru JIRA to all the team members to fill in their efforts.

I doubt any possible setup exists.

Hi Bajan,

We set up a simple email through automation for Jira that reminds them to log their time. It is sent at the end of the day before they leave to go home. Time is logged each day they work and rarely is it based on the transition of a card.

Instead of setting up a reminder, I would recommend to add 'log work' during the transition screen and making it mandatory, if required. This would ensure that you receive effort log for each and every issue and would enforce user to log their effort without which the issue can't move forward.
