Hello. When I complete a task and it's marked as done, the resolution of the task remains closed.It still persists within the sprint
Hi @fatemeh torabi welcome to the community. Resolving a ticket will not remove it from the sprint that would change the sprint scope, and would not allow any sprint report reflecting Done issues.
Hi @fatemeh torabi , I am not sure I understand. When you move an issue to Done the Resolution should be set to some value, e.g. Done or Closed. In Company managed projects (CMP) this has to be configured but in Team managed projects it is the default behavior. In CMP if you transition the issue out of Done you need to configure the workflow via Post function to clear the Resolution.
