Seems like this question is not new but I haven't found any recent responses.
I am trying to set up a rule to validate a Time tracking field when moving from one status to another. This is a team-managed project.
I have a different project which is company-managed and the rule works fine. This seems to be an issue just for the team-managed ones.
I would like to make sure people log time before moving tickets forward. I set it up this way:
Add rule -> Validate a field -> Validate that field isn't empty for field Time tracking
It's not working, it seems like it doesn't see when the time is being added. Even when I add time to a ticket, it shows the same error message like it's empty.
Did anyone figure out how to fix this, please?
