User cannot see Linked Issue and Issue tab when creating an issue

I have someone reporting that two team members are unable to see Linked Issue and Issue tabs when creating an Issue within a project.  When I click on Create Issues, I am able to see the two items.  The two team members are included in the project.

Hi @Monica Collins ,

You may need to check the project roles assigned to them and then look for the permisison scheme. They may have been assigned a project role that has "create issue" permissions but not "Link issues" permisisons.
