The gadget that i'm trying to use is Average Time in Status. Even with a regular filter will all statuses selected no data shows. This chart shows the average time spent in a status for all resolved issues over the past 30 days.
We have configured the time in status field as well, but this doesn't return any information.

I could understand that you are trying to use the custom field "Time in Status" in a gadget, is that correct?
If so, please, could you please clarify in which gadget and the type of the custom field?
Some custom fields are not available to be used in gadgets.
