can we restore the workflow settings from a particular time may be 10 days back

Hi Team,

 

we have done, few changes in the workflow , which is supposed to effect this project, but effected to all the projects, can you please help us in restoring back the setting from last 10 days back or something like that, please.

When saving workflows, JIRA always prompts to take a backup. If you have taken backups then you can use them accordingly.

Secondly, JIRA has daily backups scheduled which unless aren't disabled by you then you can use those backups, import them in another instance, access the respective workflow and accordingly you can compare them with production workflow to know the changes/diff.
