problem importing filles Microsoft Project and Microsoft Exel

Hello! I have problem importing filles Microsoft Project and Microsoft Exel.

I asked Support SoftwarePlant they recommended contacting you ( 

hank you for providing me with the video. According to our documentation found all fields must be set as optional; otherwise, the import will not work. From what I can see, the field mentioned in the error message is set as required/locked, which is why you are unable to proceed. 

 "consult with Atlassian support before following the steps listed here.", so please reach out to Atlassian support as without the field being optional, the import is not possible.)

Please tell me how you can unblock the field? I sent video to demostrate the problem.

In this specific case, I recommend contacting Atlassian Support directly. They should be able to assist you in unlocking the field.
