Since yesterday all our dashboards are facing the same issue - test gadgets such as Test Execution List, Test Summary etc. stopped working for no reason. Nothing change in the filters, tried different browsers, reboot, clear caches, and no change.

Since this issue is concerning an app, Xray, I went to their page in the Atlassian Marketplace because I thought they might have a StatusPage, which they do.
^ If you have a look, it says they are experiencing some connectivity problems, which could be why the dashboard isn't working, if, as you say, nothing else inside of Jira has changed.
If I were you, I would keep an eye on their StatusPage or, if it is urgent, you can open a ticket to their servicedesk to ask for help.

Thank you Valerie. Yes I looked at the StatusPage yesterday and the connectivity problems was resolved but I still experiencing issues with the gadgets, so I will open a ticket with Xray servicedesk. Thank you for the suggestions :)

Please confirm the exact gadget name which is part of the dashboard. Custom chart by tempo had an active incident yesterday and the gadgets were not loading, refer https://oldstreetsolutions.statuspage.io/
Please validate if the issue is because of this incident?

The gadget names are in my initial post as well: Test Execution List, Test Summary, Overall Test Coverage, Overall Test Results, Tests List
I cannot confirm if this is related to this incident but between Xblend and Tempo issues, it seem to indicate that the issue is with Jira connection to those third parties plug-ins
