create a new transition in a workflow

Hi,

I´ve a workflow created and share with other 19 project, when i try to create a new transition show me a message when i press de save button:

"You cannot perform this operation in a draft workflow. More information."

what i need to do in this case?

Hi @Gonzalo V 

You will need to copy the workflow and then edit from there. Then use the new workflow to replace the old one.

• It is not possible to edit the workflow name (only the description) if a workflow is active.
• Workflow statuses cannot be deleted.

• The step ID cannot be changed.
