Hi guys, I am not able to log in to the loom account. Can someone please help? Attached are the issue I am facing, it occurs when i was registering to use loom, but it was not registered successfully, and it was like the attached image for days, almost a week. Simply follow the below step; maybe it will fix the problem:
1. Clear browser cache and cookies.
2. Try another browser or device like chrome, firefox, etc.
3. Check your email for partial registration.
4. Reset your password if the email is recognized.
5. If your account was never created successfully. (Use a different email if the original one is already used).
6. Contact Loom Support directly.

Can you try logging in fron another browser, with incognito mode and cleared cached? In addition try changing your internet connection.
Let me know if any of the above helps, because I don't have any problem logging in to loom.

However, the issue still persist, may I know is there any other way I can resolve it? or is there anyone from loom where we can reach out to? It's honestly very frustrating for the issue to persist and there is no one to reach out to resolve. Thanks
