How to change the Blog Posts title to something else?

We have an internal blog which we included in the home page for our Intranet. However, the blog section says "Blog Posts"and our Marketing Department will like to change it to something like "Company Blog Posts". Please let me know your thoughts.

You can't configure it. Maybe do it via some javascript ?
