How to custom field to email/comment

Currently i m using Automation for Jira, i need to email the custom field "EAM on-hold reason" and customfieldid_10906 during creation of issue.

i tried using the following syntax but it didn't work 

{{issue.field.customfield=10906}} , {{issue.field.customfield_10906}} , 

{{issue.field.EAM on-hold reason}} 

None of it work, till now know the syntax that need to be used.

Hi Rakesh,

Different kinds of fields require slightly different syntax as they contain different data in different formats.

For select fields and text fields you should be able to use:

{{EAM on-hold reason}}

The main problem with your attempts is that you used "field" instead of of "fields".
