You can star your agents and they will be showing in all agents section. Some of them won't show right away because the Atlassian built in ones will always show.
I have star'ed my agents but they don't show up on the top in All Agents or on the side menu. The Recommended agents are "pinned" to the top and no way to unpin/remove them
