One of our users is trying to update their email address but is not getting the verification email through to their new email address.
We have a few team members who have done this with the same domain, with no issue (myself included) but he is not getting a verification email to his email.
We have added the Atlassian/Trello domains to our whitelisted/approved sender list in Google Workspace, but no luck.
Any workaround for this?
You could ask the user to check their spam/junk folder.
