I've tried following the process here, but can't get the "Clear Power-Up Data" dialog. Every time I try to show the Power-ups menu I get a pop up to select power-ups, and the only thing I can do with the Box power-up dialog is to enable or disable it (which does not log me out of Box.)
Figured it out. I had a colleague add a file to a card from her corporate Box account. When I tried to access the file it brought me to a box page where I could log out from my personal account and re-login.

Try going to your Box account outside of Trello and log out. The refresh your Trello board and your Box should be logged out to allow you to login again.
