I am looking for some help in regards to automation of buttons for checklists on different cards

I have an automated button which adds checklists to cards, however, I'd like to be able to add and remove different items to the checklists across every card where the automation is used. I am wondering if there is a way for me to be able to automatically update every card if the original automation button is changed?
