Expiration of data in Trello

We have a Trello card that dates back 2 years.  WE closed the card and downloaded it to our system so we had the data from the card.  

We seem to now only have part of the data and not all of it going back to 2023.  Is there an expiration of data and is there a way we can retrieve lost data

If you archived the card then you can restore it easily. If you permanently deleted it then it is gone https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/archiving-and-deleting-cards/
