I need help to recover an account. How do I get someone to help me out?

Lost my Board. Trello no longer recognizes my account.

Here's the problem.

While I was editing an existing Board, it disappeared.

I then attempted to log back in and continue editing. However, Trello now no longer recognizes that account.

The link you sent does not address that.

I need someone at Trello to take a look at their data and recover my account.

That would be helpful if they responded with useful information. However, it's a big black hole.
