Hello! I need instructions on how to get the emails I receive to my company's email group to create cards in Trello. Before the latest Trello update, this worked without any problems. Currently, the emails our clients send to the email group go to Inbox. I tried forwarding the emails that arrive to the group to an email account that is also a Trello user, but they still go to Inbox. I understand this is because the sender is a group. I would like to know what options I have. Thank you very much!
If your team has a shared board then you can forward the emails to that board https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/creating-cards-by-email/
Thanks! @Gaurav Kataria But when the sender is an email group, even though the rule to forward to the board is created, it still arrives in my inbox. Do you know if I have an alternative?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
The destination where the card lands does not depend on who the sender is. It depends on which email address it is sent to.

Thanks again! @Gaurav Kataria I found the answer... the unique email address for inbox is slightly different from the unique email address for the board. While the inbox email is xxxxx@app.trello.com, the board email is xxxxx@boards.trello.com. I hope this helps someone.
