[Atlassian Community Vietnam] Optimizing Collaboration & Performance with Atlassian’s Teamwork Foundation – A Recap by Thao Bui
Hello Atlassian Community!
I’m Thao Bui – Atlassian Community Leader in Vietnam and COO at BiPlus.com.vn. I’m excited to share the success of our recent Atlassian Community Event, held online on May 7th, with the theme: “Optimizing Collaboration & Performance with Atlassian’s Teamwork Foundation” with 50+ professionals from IT, PMO, Marketing, HR, Finance, and more.
Why this event matters
In the age of AI and rapid digital transformation, many organizations are facing common challenges: disconnected tools and teams, misaligned goals, limited visibility, and increasing performance pressure.
To help teams navigate this, Atlassian introduced a modern way of working – the System of Work, with Teamwork Foundation at its core: a unified "operating system" to align people, tools, data, and business goals.
What we shared
A fresh perspective on the System of Work – a unified way to align people, data, tools, and goals across departments.
Real-world case study from BiPlus showcasing the full implementation of Teamwork Foundation bay Mr. David Bui - CEO BiPlus:
→ Aligning company goals with team and individual efforts
→ Managing work across quarters and sprints with Jira + AI support
→ Centralizing knowledge & insights using Rovo, Confluence, and Loom
Practical applications of AI to enhance planning, analysis, and decision-making
This wasn’t just about tools – it was about transforming how teams work together. From strategy to daily action, Atlassian’s approach enables organizations to work smarter, faster, and more connected.
For those who couldn't join us, we're happy to share the event recording and materials. Just reach out to me directly or through BiPlus.
Special thanks to the Atlassian team for their support, and to all our amazing attendees for making this a meaningful session!
Looking forward to growing the Atlassian Community in Vietnam together! 🚀
Warm regards,
Thao Bui
