Rising Stars are recognized for providing high-quality answers to other users. Rising Stars receive a certificate of achievement and are on the path to becoming Community Leaders.
As far as I understand, AUG and Company user groups just operate on different levels. I think they are pretty similar inside. You can join many AUG but I think that a Company User Group mostly has people from a certain company.
