How to enable AI-powered meeting notes

If you do not have Loom Meeting Recordings set up:

1. Go to Loom.com/meetings

2. Select the Settings icon (top right)

3. Toggle on 'AI-powered meeting notes'

If you already have Loom Meeting Recordings set up:

1. Go to Loom.com/meetings

2. Turn on Loom ‘Auto-record'

3. Select the Settings icon (top right)

4. Connect your Calendar

5. Toggle on 'AI-powered meeting notes'

Hi everyone - I'm Braelyn! I've been working at Atlassian for a little over a year now and am based in California! I'm on the Confluence product marketing team.

When it comes to AI-powered meeting notes, the one thing I'm most excited about is getting to chat with our customers! I know... that's not technically feature-related, but still, connecting with our community is one of my favorite parts of my job!

👋 Hi, I'm Robert. I'm on the Loom Product Marketing Team (based in Chicago) and I've been focused on all things meeting recordings so I'm excited to hear from you all about what's working and what could be better. 

Personally, I'm not great at multitasking so the idea that I can focus on a meeting and not have to worry about taking notes is a huge unlock for me. And now that all those notes are accessible in Confluence where I can easily search across all my work, it's really changing the way that I work.

That said, we're just getting started and know there's a ton more we can deliver for you all, so I'm looking forward to your feedback.

Hi 👋 - I'm Isa and I'm a Product Manager at Loom focused on integrating Loom with key workflows across Atlassian apps like Confluence and Jira! I've been at Atlassian for almost nine months (based in NYC) and the most exciting moment of my time here so far was announcing the AI-powered meeting notes beta at Team '25.

AI-powered meeting notes has been a game-changer for me, since I can now fully focus on the conversation during a meeting without needing to take super detailed notes. It's also allowed me to catch up on work much faster when I miss meetings, since the notes are searchable in Confluence and I can easily scan for any discussion topics or action items that are relevant for me.

The beta is just the begging of AI-powered meeting notes. We know we still have lots to do and I can't wait to hear your feedback on how we can make the experience better!
