Hello,

how can I add custom fields with multiple user picker to Jira Advanced Roadmaps?

At the moment for me it shows "not supported" for these fields.

Thanks a lot!

Thanks for your answers! Is there a technical reason, why this is not possible compared to other fields?

Hi @Klaas B and welcome to the Community!

Not supported means you can't add unsupported fields to an advanced roadmaps plan. You can track the feature request for it here: JRACLOUD-88038.

Hope this helps!

Plans / Advanced Roadmaps is a sort of sandbox experience where you can prepare your team's cross project schedule before committing a version you are happy with to Jira.

Different types of fields need different sync operations to process this correctly.

That - And on a functional level: you can update the information in Jira. There's always going to be a tradeoff if it adds value to the core feature set of Plans to duplicate every piece of functionality into the tool.
