Good afternoon. Can tell me what the EXT on this plan's view means?  When you hover over the EXT box you get the following message (which I could not get a screen shot of):  Sprint currently not in plan.  When this sprint isn't in this plan, its appearing because its assigned to work items in this plan

In your Plan Settings > Work Item Sources, make sure you pull from a Board instead of a whole project or filter.  The EXT means it's treating the sprint as external, which is not part of your chosen work sources.

Once you pull Board sources, you'll get all the sprint details (like the start and end dates), and your stories will infer all that information for your timeline view.  This approach is also required if you want to leverage the capacity planning view.

To add more clarification, the items are in the current teams board but showing up with the EXT box.    In addition, there are several sprints lists in which the task(s) have been completed in.  Is this due to cloning?EXT box.jpg.pngPI COMPLETED.jpg
