How can I schedule the projected (and past) sprints to different days?

In our teams the turnover day is on Wednesday. We usually start and end our sprints on Wednesday. So when I see the scheduling on the Advanced Roadmap Plan it is misleading if I see sprints starting on Saturday and ending on Friday.

Is it possible to change this somehow?
