How do I migrate default estimates to the new planning interface?

I currently use "Live Plans" in the legacy interface specifically because of default estimates on the "Unestimated item scheduling" feature; none of my teams create estimates, so this applies to all tickets.

I am now getting an alert in the Advanced Roadmaps UI saying that I will be forced to switch in the next major update. Is there a way to achieve default estimates in the new interface without settings target dates? If so, how do I achieve this?
