If our team moves to cloud, can we get rid of any resource mngmt add-on?

I have TeamBoard ProScheduler, if we move to cloud, can we get rid of this add-on? Will Advanced Roadmaps accomplish the same thing? Can you plan out tasks in Advanced Roadmaps?
