Jira Plan Story Point rolled-up is always the total points at that hierarchy level
In Jira Plans, I expect to be able to use the 'capacity view' to see rolled up story-points. When I view the 'Story Points' field, I expect to see that value in the context of whatever of filters or group-by's that I apply. Instead, rolled-up story points is always the total of the all stories below that epic/initiative/hierarchy level. It completely ignores the filters and group-by that I have set.
In this image, I have a filter applied for "RW Payment 09" applied and group-by "sprint". There are 21 points in the sprint for PMT-713, yet the rolled up value is 40. 40 is the total of every story under PMT-713. I am seeing this consistently across various levels of hierarchy.
This creates a confusing circumstance where the rolled-up total of 'story points' for the sprint is 112 points, but there are only 84 in the sprint.
Why is rolled-up Story points not impacted by filters and group-by changes?
